So, after a long break I've come back. The muse, she has returned to me. Let's see how long my ADHD will allow me to write before it goes away again.

I've already released a new chapter in both Tomes of the Apocalypse and the Xander the Teenage Witch Series. And, and while I've already started the next chapter for TotA, I may have started the first chapter to the second book in the XttW series. I don't have a title yet for it but I do know I want Xander's magic to grow a little more in the story.

A slow but rapid progression of power much like Willow had in the series while also separating him from the core cast so he can be his own character and powerful force. Here's hoping!

A/N: I've decided to start posting my fan-fiction here for another place to store it. I welcome comments on either AO3 or here. Once I find other places to post everything, in groups for example, there will be cross-posting there as well. Please keep in mind, I have no beta so things may be a bit muddled.
Series Summary: There is something odd happening on the Hellmouth. After Xander is captured by an apparent demon cult, a defanged Spike is sent in to save him. But, the only way to do that is something neither he nor Xander are happy about. Now, the two must navigate the strange bond that is forming between them as a new evil rises.

Meanwhile, Angel Investigations begin to investigate a string of ritualistic murders that could have possible ties to the demon cult that has found its way to the Hellmouth. While chaos beings to bleed into everyone’s lives, both the Scooby Gang and Angel’s team most work together to solve the mystery before it’s too late.

Greetings and welcome to my page. My name is Vox and I'm a thirty-something non-binary anomaly. I've been active in fandom since I was twelve years old and my family got a computer for the first time and a free AOL trial disc. Ever since then, I've lost myself to fandom after fandom. I am currently employed within retail and partnered with a man who is all growl and no bite who I will refer to as Agnarr here. I'm a proud fur-parent to my dog, Shadow, and my adopted cat who is named Legs. My pronouns are They/Them/Their and I live in the CST panhandle of Florida. Being an avid gamer, I spend my escapes through either writing or gaming.

FRIENDING POLICY

I often friend others back who friend me. All my activities within fandom are public anyway and I only go private when talking about in-depth personal things about my life. I adore hearing from other people through comments and will often comment away. Discussions with other people are so invigorating! So, I don't mind if someone comments randomly on an entry or not. My comment etiquette is I often will try to get back to someone within the day.

Thing-A-Did!

I decided to sign up and apply to be a tag wrangler on AO3 for a few of the smaller fandoms I was part of --- - sad to see that I could have added MonsterVerse to the list but if selected, I may toss that into the mix. So, I did the thing and felt anxious about it. I do love helping the fandom community in anyway.

In other news, I've been off for two days and have had no progress on the three stories that I'm writing. I did get some done on TotA: Conquest but not enough to make myself feel proud. I started three large stories and I intend to finish them. Despite my ADHD dragging me into writing the first chapter for the second "book" of the series, Famine. I plan on jumping on all the fictions tonight after I post this.

I'm debating on posting them here as well. I may just bite the bullet. While A03 is there, I still feel like having them posted in multiple places will help me in someway. I'm all over the place! Oh, boy!

Old Timer.

I used to big into Livejournal but it has bad memories for me. I don't want to go back. But, I miss the sense of the community that used to be there. It's one of the main reasons I started up this Dreamwidth. The other being that I can be here to answer questions and have a place to correspond with people who may read the fan-fiction I write.

I feel old. I am old now. I'm not quite to the stage of yelling for those damn kids to get off my lawn but I'm pretty close to it. I have no idea how to network anymore or if blogs like these are even popular anymore. Should I give in and just grab a Tumblr and hope for the best? Or should I stay here?

Most of the communities seem long dead. Just a little early morning thoughts since I can't find myself getting to sleep. I need a time machine, I believe. Then I might be able to grasp what it is I'm supposed to be doing.

I am literally frustrated at the moment for one reason. That reason is I have so many ideas for other fanfic but can't seem to focus on it. It's almost as if my brain is telling me to finish TotA first! All I want to do is write a pretty Derek Hale monster!

The First Post.

So, I used to be big in keeping a journal back when I was younger and Livejournal was still a popular outlet. I used to code custom themes, graphics, fanmixs, and even dabbled in icon creation. But, I feel out of that as I got older--- - and life got harder. I decided to step back into the spotlight when I forced myself to start writing again.

Time to relearn a lot of things I had forgotten over the years. I decided to start with the journal thing again as I started to post my work on A03. Particularly a piece that I had put on the back burner for nearly twenty years. I don't know how well this will take off, me keeping a journal, but it never hurts to try.
